Friends Gift and Book Shop

The Friends of the Jefferson County Public Library operate a Gift and Book Shop located at the Belmar Library, 555 S. Allison Parkway, in Lakewood, CO (one block south of Alameda on west side of Wadsworth in Lakewood City Commons). Hundreds of gently used books are available for bargain prices, starting as low as $0.50. Booklovers will also delight in the gift selection including bookmarks, bookends, collectibles, jeweled and birch boxes, storytellers, and more. Proceeds benefit programs such as the Children's and Teen's Summer Reading Programs, the Traveling Children’s Library, and Knott’s Kids.

Eighth Annual Anniversary Sale - Aug. 1-31
Deals to match the hot summer days are at the Friends Gift and Book Shop at the Belmar Library throughout August. Select books start at $1. Choose from 50-cent videos and browse the many recent book titles, DVDs and CDs. Select gift items are 25-50% off original price. Save on glass jewelry, stone and silver jewelry, retro bracelets, collectibles, greeting cards and journals. Join Friends and get an additional 10 percent off.

Please consider donating your unneeded books, videos, and CD's to help stock the Friends Gift and Book Shop, or for sale at the Foundation's Annual Book Sale. Donations can be dropped off at any Jeffco Public Library. Thanks!
